East Alabama Medical Center will be hosting an “Evening of Remembrance” tonight from 6 to 6:30 p.m. for families who have lost children as infants or newborns.
Because of the rainy weather, the ceremony has been moved from the EAMC Memory Garden to the EAMC Education Center, which is located at 2027 Pepperell Parkway. Oct. 15 is a “National Day of Remembrance for those who have suffered a loss whether it was a miscarriage or stillborn.”
