Creekwood Resources, LLC is pleased to announce that the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) has issued the final permit required for the Shady Grove Quarry. The Storm Water permit was issued on, Aug. 30.
“The issuance of this and previous permits illustrates ADEM’s confidence that our project will meet or exceed all state standards for an operation of this type.
“We are excited, that after near 1.5 years of effort, we finally have all permits required to begin operations. We want to thank all of the citizens in the community who have supported our efforts”, said Jeff Major, managing member of Creekwood Resources.
