Creekwood Resources held a groundbreaking event last Wednesday at the site of the potential quarry in Beulah. According to a Creekwood representative, the event was not open to the public. Two citizens waited at the edge of the property, but did not enter due to ‘no trespassing’ signs. Creekwood released the following statement: “Creekwood Resources reaches a significant milestone in the development of the Shady Grove Quarry. Site development has begun and a groundbreaking was held on site on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 to commemorate the achievement. “
