2.Effective Signs LLC, 2200 Interstate Drive, Requesting additional wall signs on the east and west side walls because a freestanding sign in the front yard is prohibited due to a 60-foot-wide gas easement in the front yard.
3.William, Paulk, 1606 2nd Avenue, C-2,
GC zoning district, Requesting a 4’1” side yard setback variance on the east side yard and a 6’9” setback variance on the west side yard from the 20-foot minimum side yard setback requirement.
