2. Travis Spratlin, authorized representative, 1111 East Collinwood Circle, R-2 zoning district, Requesting a 3.7 foot side yard setback variance (north side) and 7.4 foot side yard setback variance (south side) from the 15 foot minimum side yard setback requirement
