Florence Navy beat Phenix City, 8-5, to win the Big State Championship. Sylacauga beat Muscle Shoals, 14-13, to win the Small State Championship. Phenix City finished second in Big State and Smiths Station finished third in Small State, losing in the semifinal to Muscle Shoals. Cal Ripken separates teams into Big and Small State based on their league sizes. Both State winners move on to Regionals in Arkansas.
