CONTRIBUTED BY LCHS

Lee County Humane Society (LCHS) is excited to announce its very first Bark Bowl Bash fundraiser at Auburn Oaks Farm on Nov. 7 from 3 to 7 p.m. The Bark Bowl Bash will feature Bow & Arrow BBQ, John Emerald Distillery, live music, a photo booth, local pet-centered vendors, a $1000 cash giveaway and more.

When you purchase a ticket to Bark Bowl Bash, you are automatically entered into the $1000 cash giveaway raffle. LCHS will also have adoptable pets at the event.

Proceeds from Bark Bowl Bash will help Lee County Humane Society in the annual friendly fundraising competition with Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter (TMAS) during the month of November.

Whichever shelter raises the most money during Bark Bowl will be crowned this year’s Bark Bowl Champion. LCHS is the reigning champ and we’d love to maintain that title. Funds raised will benefit the 3000 plus homeless pets that come through LCHS every year by providing necessary funds for food, shelter, and medical expenses.
