Opelika and Auburn celebrated Global Community Day last friday with festivals at the Opelika SportsPlex and Jule Collins Smith Museum, respectively. It was a day for bringing international and non-international communities together to learn and experience global culture, history and related opportunities. The K-Pop band “MustB” performed in Auburn and international citizens came out in droves, sporting garments of their traditional native culture. Internationality focused family activities and food were enjoyed by all.
