David & Terri Brooks, Walter Cheatham, Dee Davani, Tom & Amanda Lowrey, Pat & Micki Mullins, and Ricardo & Jana Sagastegui, whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer the Complaint of Ivars & Dace Roberts regarding an alleged ambiguity in the covenants for the Saugahatchee Crossing Subdivision in Case No. CV-12-900144, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Alabama, within 30 days from the date of publication.

Alabama Power Company proposes to construct a 60-foot monopole (63-foot overall height with appurtenances) communications structure.
