David & Terri Brooks, Walter Cheatham, Dee Davani, Tom & Amanda Lowrey, Pat & Micki Mullins, and Ricardo & Jana Sagastegui, whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer the Complaint of Ivars & Dace Roberts regarding an alleged ambiguity in the covenants for the Saugahatchee Crossing Subdivision in Case No. CV-12-900144, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Alabama, within 30 days from the date of publication.

Alabama Power Company proposes to construct a 60-foot monopole (63-foot overall height with appurtenances) communications structure. The tower would be located at 3001 King Avenue, Opelika, Lee County, Alabama , Tax Parcel ID 43 09 06 23 2 000 017.002.  The tower would not be lighted.  Any interested party may request further environmental review of the proposed action under the FCC’s National Environmental Policy Act rules, 47 CFR §1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specific reasons that the action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.  This request must only raise environmental concerns and can be filed online using the FCC pleadings system at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest or mailed to FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th Street SW , Washington, DC 20554 within 30 days of the date that notice of this proposed action is published on the FCC’s website.  Refer to File No. A0829996 when submitting the request and to view the specific information about the proposed action.
