Storage Asset Management (SAM) is hired to oversee daily operations. SAM is a full-service property management company that specializes in self-storage.
The facility was built by general contractor Brian Platt with SKC Construction. From a specialized remodel of Auburn University’s Raptor Mew hospital to a large 130,000-square-foot conditioned warehouse, SKC Construction LLC serves those with commercial construction needs across Lee County and the surrounding areas.
