NOTICE OF CLOSEOUT PUBLIC HEARING
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG-CV)
ADECA CARES ACT FUNDING GRANT
The City of Opelika will conduct a closeout public hearing on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 4:30 pm at 300 MLK Boulevard, Municipal Meeting Room, Opelika, AL for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to submit comments and receive a final report on the completion of the ADECA CARES Act Funding Grant.
The CDBG-CV grant provided funding to assist in costs associated with COVID-19. Funds were used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus. The CDBG-CV projects benefited at least 51% low to moderate income individuals.
Interested parties are invited to comment on the activities in person at the public hearing or in writing through March 5, 2024.
