Lucy’s, a modern American eatery located in Auburn, is looking to make Thanksgiving a little easier this year by offering Thanksgiving entrees, sides and desserts available for pre-order.
“Thanksgiving To Go” is an option for busy hosts, the cooking-challenged or anyone wanting to bring some of their Lucy’s favorites to the table this Thanksgiving, Nov. 24.
“We started Lucy’s Thanksgiving To-Go during COVID when we also had the pop-up curbside window of love and were producing many holiday to-go packages, as well as family suppers” said Lisa van der Reijden, owner of Lucy’s. “The menu development is inspired by Thanksgiving classics with a Lucy’s twist.”
Lucy’s is offering an all-in-one Thanksgiving Feast for $295, which includes everything from turkey and stuffing to various sides and cheesecake for dessert, but guests can also opt to order items a la carte or as add-ons.
The Thanksgiving Feast includes the following:
• citrus herb roasted turkey breast
• roasted Brussels sprout and quinoa salad
• Hasselback sweet potatoes
• pancetta and leek stuffing
• Yukon gold mashed potatoes
• artisan breads
• cookie butter cheesecake
A la carte and add-ons vary in price and include:
• citrus herb roasted turkey breast
• lavender and black pepper crusted prime rib
• Lucy’s pimento cheese
• “The Farmer’s Daughter,” a Lucy’s favorite
• Hasselback sweet potatoes
• roasted root vegetable hash
• pancetta and leek stuffing
• Yukon gold mashed potatoes
• roasted Brussels sprout and quinoa salad
• cookie butter cheesecake
Guests can pre-order any of these until Nov. 17 at https://www.toasttab.com/lucys/v3. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 23.
