Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Rosemary Massingill, in favor of Branch Banking & Trust (“BB&T”) on the 6th day of March, 2012, and recorded on March 20, 2012, in Book Number 3865, Page 97 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, the undersigned, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the said mortgage will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, AS IS, WHERE IS, in front of the main entrance of the Lee County, Alabama Courthouse in the City of Opelika, Lee County, Alabama on the 6th day of August, 2013, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Lee County, Alabama, to wit:
