A. VARIANCE
1. James L. McCrory, c/o Diane Brasher, 3401 Pepperell Parkway, C-3, GC-P zoning district,
a. Requesting two side yard setback variances: a 15-foot side yard setback variance from the 20-foot minimum side yard setback requirement on the east side of Lot 1 and a 15-foot side yard setback variance from the 20-foot minimum side yard setback requirement for the west side of Lot 2; a proposed two lot subdivision is proposed that locates an existing 3,787 square foot building on Lot 1 and a 5,432 square foot building on Lot 2.
b. Requesting a minimum lot size variance: a 4,000 square foot variance from the
minimum 20,000 square foot lot size requirement for Lot 2 of the proposed L H Brasher subdivision plat.
2. The Broadway Group, LLC., 23 Samford Avenue, C-3, GC-S zoning district, Requesting a 12-foot side yard on street setback variance on Plum Avenue from the 20-foot minimum side
yard on street setback requirement in the GC-S overlay.
