1. Sara Heatherly, 502 Geneva Street, C-2, GC zoning district, Requesting a 26.4-foot front yard setback variance on Geneva Street from the 40-foot minimum front yard setback requirement.
2. Clay Cardone, 3008 Frederick Road, C-2, GC zoning district, Requesting a 13-foot front yard
setback variance from the 40-foot minimum front yard setback requirement.
3. Brandon Bolt, 1613 Frederick Road, C-3, GC, Requesting a 10-foot side yard setback variance
on the east side yard and a 10-foot side yard setback on the west side yard from the 20-foot minimum side yard setback requirement.
4. Lisa Ditchkoff, 822 North 10th Street, R-2 zoning district, Requesting a 22-foot front yard setback variance on Sunset Drive from the 35-foot minimum front yard setback requirement.
