PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the public that the Board of Directors (the “Governing Body”) of The Public Park and Recreation Board of the City of Opelika (the “Board”) will conduct a special meeting at Opelika City Hall in Opelika, Alabama at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of December, 2014 for the purposes of considering resolutions (1) confirming the election of officers and(2) calling a portion of the Board’s outstanding Revenue Bonds, Series 2007, dated December 1, 2007 for redemption on July 1, 2017. All persons are encouraged to attend.
