ORDER ON PETITION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
This day came Larry M. Langley and Andrew T. Langley and filed in this Court their petition in writing and under oath alleging therein among other things that petitioners are residents of Lee County, Alabama and are the sons of NELLIE RUTH LANGLEY, domiciled in said County, departed this life interstate on May 25, 2014 leaving personal property consisting of a several accounts at CharterBank which together should not total over $27,583.00.
It is therefore ORDERED by the Court that notice of the filing of this petition be published once in a newspaper of general circulation; and that an order be entered after the interval prescribed by law, directing the Summary Distribution of the assets of said decedent to the distributes entitled to the decedent’s property.
