William Walker
Mr. William ‘Bobo’ Walker, 82, of Moultrie, Georgia, formerly of Opelika, AL passed away on January 10, 2018.
He was born in Wetumpka, AL and the family later moved to Opelika.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Rosemere Cemetery in Opelika, AL. Dr. Rusty Sowell officiated the memorial service.
Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his first wife of 35 years, Peggy Murray Walker; his parents, W.M. and Gladys Walker; and sisters, Wiladean Carroll and Peggy Butler.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Walker; 7 children: Jessie Thrower, Connie Lowe, Susan Woodall, JoAnne Broach, Donna Moreman, Mike (Debra) Walker, and Eddie (Sally) Walker; sibling, Richard (Alice) Walker; sister-in-law, Patsy (Bobby) Bond; brother-in-law, Coy Butler; step-children: Rhonda Smith and Angela Wolfe; and also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
