NOTICE TO: Allen S. Babcock, legal father, of A.K.W. born at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL on 09/16/2013 to Julie Ann Washington. The legal custody of A.K.W. was vested with the Lee County DHR in August of 2014. Allen S. Babcock must answer the Petition to Terminate his parental rights filed in the Family Court of Lee County, AL within fourteen (14) days from the last day of Publication of this notice with the Clerk of the Court located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, AL 36801 or thereafter, a final judgment may be rendered in Case JU-2014-329.02 terminating his parental rights and place said child for adoption.
