Nina E. Quinn
Mrs. Nina E. Quinn went to be with her Lord and Savior July 18, 2015. She was born in Opelika, Alabama, on October 19, 1937.
Mrs. Quinn is survived by her husband, Luke P. Quinn of 52 years; daughters, Diane Harrison of Opelika, Debra Dobbs (Sonny) of Loachapoka, Brittany ( sJoe) Ferguson of Opelika; sons, Paul LeGear, Thomas LeGear, Scott(Mandy) Quinn all of Opelika; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard L. and Daisy Lee Messer; siblings, Leona Hunt, Richard L. Messer, Jr., Marjorie Ann Doler; and son, Joseph Steven LeGear.
Mrs. Quinn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She retired from Auburn University and was an avid Auburn Football fan, as well as the Atlanta Braves. She was surrounded by her family and will be truly missed.
Memorial Service/Visitation was held at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home on July 22 from 6-8 p.m.
